Contemporary and authentic

Dishes are prepared with bold, intense flavours and an emphasis on high quality, fresh ingredients. Seasonal fish are flown in from the finest markets and purveyors around the world and showcased in our sushi and sashimi. An extensive offering of sakes, wine and signature cocktails complement the menu.

There is no protocol on ordering from the menu as dishes are designed to be shared at the table or enjoyed individually.

  • Kalbi Gim

    An all-time favorite, and our signature dish. Wagyu beef shortribs, slow simmered over 8 hours in sweet soy and ginger until meltingly tender and sweet.

  • Beef Tataki

    Thinly sliced beef tenderloin with onion ponzu sauce and garlic chips.

  • Tuna Pizza

    Tortilla base with seasoned tuna, ponzu mayo, sliced onion, truffle oil and shiso cress.

  • Nasu Dengaku

    Chunks of miso-marinated aubergine, oven baked until meltingly soft and on the verge of collapse. Finished with caramelized chopped walnuts.

  • Wagyu Steak

    Wagyu Steak with Japanese mushrooms and three dipping sauces:

    • Karachi su miso
    • Ponzu brown butter
    • Teriyaki sauce
  • Heart Maki

    Tuna, avocado, spicy crab, tobiko, tempura bits.

  • Nagoya Maki

    Salmon, avocado, cucumber, lettuce with kimchi paste and spicy mayo.

  • Black Cod

    Black Cod with miso.

  • King Crab Salad

    King crab claw on a bed of baby greens with a soy & ginger dressing.

  • Chicken Gyoza

    Pan seared chicken dumpling served with spicy ponzu sauce.

  • Gin Gin Mule

    An inspired cross between a gin-gin and a Moscow mule that combines mint, gin, and ginger beer.

  • Tokyo Breeze

    A refreshing semi-sweet cocktail, combing vodka and ginger ale with a subtle hint of sweet orgeat and grenadine. Finished with fresh mint leaves.
